Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, service location and vehicle details, including year, make, model, VIN and installation requirements. For Protect+, records may also include your signed agreement, installation and service history, warranty claims, trial or refund requests and relevant transaction references. Do not submit immobilizer PINs, passwords or payment-card details through general contact forms.
How We Use Information
We use information to prepare quotes, confirm compatibility, arrange installations, administer Protect+ benefits, maintain service records, handle support and warranty requests, process eligible cancellations or refunds, and meet legal obligations. Optional promotional communications are subject to your consent and you can unsubscribe. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and Financing
Our website uses Wix. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Financing may be offered through Affirm or Klarna where available at checkout. When you apply, the relevant lender collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and makes its own eligibility and credit decisions. We do not determine your credit approval, APR or loan terms. Relevant order, transaction and refund information may be exchanged as needed to administer your purchase. Review the provider’s privacy notices before submitting financial information.
Service Providers and Disclosure
We may share necessary information with installers, scheduling and technology providers, payment processors and, where applicable, the service providers identified in your Protect+ agreement. We use information for the relevant service purpose and seek appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law. Providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.

We retain records as needed to deliver services and meet contractual, accounting and legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
