These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered by Pandoras Box, a mobile vehicle immobilizer installation business serving the Greater Toronto Area. By requesting a quote or booking an installation, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Pandoras Box installs vehicle immobilizer devices designed to help prevent unauthorized vehicle starts and deter common theft methods, such as hot-wiring. No security device can guarantee that a vehicle will never be stolen, and we make no such guarantee. Installations are performed by trained technicians, either at your home or workplace, or at our Burlington, ON location.

Quotes and Booking

Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information you supply and may be adjusted after an in-person assessment of your vehicle. Booking a date does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.

Warranty

Installations are backed by a 6-month workmanship warranty from Pandoras Box, in addition to a separate 2-year manufacturer's warranty on the immobilizer unit itself. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

Payments

Pricing, deposit, and payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before installation. Any subscription or add-on plan, such as Protect+, is billed according to the terms presented to you at signup.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pandoras Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
